Welding Tips and Tricks

Hi,
Can anybody suggest a filler material for the welding of 2 HCHCr (high carbon high chromium) steel parts ?? the welding has to be Leak-proof. is it possible?
what is the pre-heat temperature required?? and the best method to pre heat??

Why in two forums? We can all read it in one ya know.
