How would I weld together something really small like a paper clip or a clothes hanger?

Hi there,

Welding stuff as small as the coat hanger can be done with an oxy fuel torch and brazing rods. It could be welded with a tig if you are skilled enough. You may just be able to solder the paper clip with an electric soldering iron.

I hope this helps

I live in an apartment and currently do not have access to a TIG machine so I guess I would have to go with the oxy fuel torch, given it is small enough. Where can I find a miniature oxy fuel torch?

You can get small propane torches that take replacement cylinders from most hardware stores. Use this with brazing, it's what the plumbers use to seal steel/copper piping on construction sites. Or you could use it with solder.

Cheers
