I've been a cabinet maker for the past 41 years. If you like, I can check and see what resources are available in Scotland and surrounding areas that would make it possible for you to purchase them at a reasonable price. However, you're probably right. But, there's no shame in wanting to save money. I'm Scottish, too, Craig Steven. I'm sixth generation woodworker. I just learned how to weld at Cerritos college. I never even realised this either, you just dont think of a computer or bot writing, all be it badly to people on a forum. Its only when someone points it out that you say oh, so thats it.
