Miller Pipe Pro 304

I purchased a Miller Pipe Pro (new) in 2002. The unit was purchased for generating purposes. We used the machine several times for three phase power, and all was fine. Until recently we had never even attempted to strike an arc with it, though when tried recently, there was no arc whatsoever. The unit still generates power fine as it always has, but will not strike an arc at all. Can someone suggest some troubleshooting methods/procedures?

check your leads and make sure your panel is in stick mode , I've had a problem with my Lincoln ranger 8 with no stick output and I just flip the amp dial back and forth and than I can strike an arc so maybe the dial has to be in just the right spot . But if none of this works contact your Miller guy and go from there , good luck John

Here's a PDF copy of the manual for that machine (or one like it... several are available based on year/serial number):
