It seems no matter what I search for 9 out of 10 times it comes back with the "too common words" responce. Simple searchs like "Best Gloves for tig" . Is there a way around this?

Minimize your search to one or two keywords, and leave grammar and adjectives out.
"TIG Gloves" might get you a result, leaving out "best" and "for".
Admittedly, the search engine for the site leaves something to be desired, but it's a small price to pay for the information that can be found.

I tryed "TIG GLOVES" and got the same thing? Here is a typical responce:
"The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: gloves tig.
You must specify at least one word to search for. Each word must consist of at least 3 characters and must not contain more than 14 characters excluding wildcards."

Sounds like the search engine took a crap on us. I'll ask Jody to look in to it.

I just put TIG gloves in the search engine, and got six pages of results.
