Trying to save some weight on a frame. (drag bike)

Got a guy with a print for a drag frame that uses 1" and 1.5" 1018 .120" wall DOM tubing.
He wants to go to 4130 to decrease weight. How thin can we go and still maintain structural
integrity? Is .065" wall too thin?

You will want to check with the sanctioning body, or rule book.
They will usually have required materials.
