Ok, maybe not but it has multiple uses in my shop. Right from the glove to here. I was able to weld all 4 welds without worrying about my clamp or the shiny pipe. Win win! TIG finger saves the day.

Nice work. Tell me where you live and I'll come and pinch it.
And, while I'm there, I'll writing "dirty English words" all over your wooden welding table?
How can someone do such good work on ... wood?

Considering all of the trouble I got into before viagra was invented, I could probably really get into trouble with it. Upon reflection, just about all the trouble I got into in my entire life was with regard to the wood.
I bet most guys here can relate. Somehow, somewhere, the wood has been the root of 99% of our evils.

You gotta be fast! That white board is sacrificial. I change it about every 6 months or so. The biggest benefit is with the ability to draw full size patterns for temporary jigs. Otherwise, the anodized would get scratched beyond usefulness. As it is, I have to keep the table free of even airborne dust periodically. I am always hitting it with the air nozzle every 10 minutes or so. That is to me, the biggest challenge working with anodized. I keep the bender dies waxed as well. I also have to use plastic clamps for everything.

Actually it looks like they're only part plastic and part tig finger.
