RPM on the chain is fine - everything else is very very wrong & his nationality really does'nt excuse it ! - biggest question is why ? ! a cheap electric saw is no more expensive than a cheap grinder - & it is designed & safe doing it's job - & more importantly it will have an oil pump ! - I never seen a sealed for life oil free chain & bar - this should come under " how not to " or " Redneck fail " ! - this was not " done under controlled conditions by trained professionals " & you really should'nt try this at home " !!

No oiling, no positive control of belt tension, no bucking spikes, all held together by some flimsy sheet metal bracketry.

OK, maybe if you had no other power source in some sort of MacGuyver survival situation, but otherwise?

Exactly ! that's potential " Darwin award " engineering ! - if he speaks English he should start by saying " hold my beer & watch this boy " ! even Shelby Stanga is safer than that !
