Welding Tips and Tricks

Hello all, I am new here and need some help to make a decision.
I need some information on this particular welder, It was offered for $1000-1500 is this a good price or not? If someone could tell me the pros and cons of it I would appreciate it. Miller Econotig tig welder. And if possible give a comparable machine.

I have an Econotig and while I like it you are limited with its capabilities. If the price was $500 or so that would b different. I would suggest something like the thermal arc 186.
