Welding Tips and Tricks

I was working as a helper for a welder today and all the sudden his vantage 300 with the kabota diesel won't strike an arc it happened in the time of two minutes between welds. Any one have any idea what it might be??

There's a set of breakers that reset on the front panel.

If that isn't it, the problem requires service.
