Does any body use/know how the spot weld settings are used on Tig Machine?
What about this Eastwood kit?

That's an interesting idea....be easy to make yourself as well.

I'd assume its cranked up pretty high 150amps+ depending on material and thickness

I had a spot weld setting om my older GYS tig, meant more or less that up- and downslope was removed.
The idea is to clamp the sheets tight and hit it with high current so the first sheet melts and fuses with the second layer.
I found it easier to punch a hole and plug weld with a little bit of filler rod than finding the right setting everytime.
