I watched the video today and have a couple questions ....
1-How are you welding 1/4" plate with shielding wire with a 120v machine when my machine recommends to use flux core wire instead ???? ( My machine is Lincoln 3200HD)
2-What is the different in strength between the shielded wire and flux core on the 3/16 bumper ??
3- Is it better to use shield wire or flux core on thicker metal ???
