I've noticed that some of the videos show as one of those empty boxes with the little "x" in the upper left hand corner. Why is this?

All the videos are on the main website as well as You tube. Try the other one to what you are usinf.

Discovery! I have recently begun using Windows 8. Opening the Internet Explorer browser in the Apps/Start menu some how prevents the videos on this site from appearing. BUT, if I open Explorer from the Desktop it works fine. I think in Microsoft's zeal to be cutting edge, they sometimes create more problems than they ever solve.
