There are TWO available. Both brand new never used, still in the box. EACH pressure regulator is priced at $400 or both of them for $700. SR312-320 0781-0354

This appears to be a high end regulator, very precise, but not rated for tank pressures. Probably for a factory setup as a secondary regulator, max pressure 1500 psi. Below tank pressures at 2500.
I have more questions than answers
