Just started lurking the forum recently and obviously joined. Lots of great information so I am sure I will be a frequent visitor.
I have just done my ASME IX 6G on carbon steel....still waiting for the results.
As part of the college course I did to sit this test I also have a weeks work placement starting Monday. The company designs and manufactures offshore transport and development equipment, although I believe they are breaking into the wind turbine sector. Looking forward to doing it and hopefully gaining my first job as a welder
