Hello Everyone! Just wanted to pop in and say hello. I just recently came across the Welding Tips and Tricks youtube channel a couple of weeks ago. I've found it to be incredibly helpful and just finished watching Jody's video on the 6G Pipe weld with a tig root and stick fill / cap.

I just finished my apprenticeship and received my Journeyman & Red Seal in the mail on Friday. I have a lot of fun welding and I'm happy to have stumbled across this website. I hope to chat with you all over the next little while!

Cheers,
-Adept

Hi, Adept,

This is a great place to chat with welders in all trades, and all skill levels. We even have a topic to show off your work, if you're not looking for critique. A "what I did today" thing, in the TIG forum. I might have to start one in each subforum. A "no criticism" zone...

If you want a critique, feel free to ask... NO ONE will "flame" you, you'll recieve several critiques from different trades and skill levels, all well-meant even when they're off the mark. That's what makes this the best welding forum on the web.
