I am very new to Tig welding & the reason I got a machine was I packing up all my pieces to go to the welders shop to tack up some parts just to come back to my shop and see if it fit correctly. I build rotary engines & Mazda rx7 and I want to do as much in house as I can, plus I do enjoy the art of Tig welding & fabricating things.

The Wankel today is almost seen as a fad from the past, as it has taken so long for the materials to catch up with the idea.
I'll be curious to see what you're doing that inspired you to learn to weld it yourself.
