We have several instructors on here, but I don't recall if any are near you.

Indeed.com can be a good resource... Try a keyword search with "weld" as the keyword, and Henderson, NC as the location. If the results are sparse, repeat the search with just NC as the location to broaden the search.

Also check roadtechs.com for industrial jobs in your area.

Thanks Steve i use indeed alot and have only gotten 2 jobs total which is ok but now im ready for permanent work and i had forgotten about roadtechs, i appreciate your help
