mixing gases into a high pressure cylinder

Greetings
New to the forum and I apologize if this has been brought up. Has anyone mixed argon and co2 from 2 different high pressure tanks into a single high pressure tank? ie 72/25 gas. I not sure how the big industrial companies mix their gases together. I'm not interested in using a "Y" connector . I do own a transfer pump for filling tanks. Thanks
