Hey,
I think they feed the screech to the visitors and roll around laughing at the results.... Not silly enough to drink it them selves.

Hey,

Im terrible sorry, Im always getting those two mixed up for some reason, Its probably quite insulting. Like getting Australia and New zealand mixed up. Please accept my humble apology and know that I wish you well in all your welding adventures.

Athlete's tongue, Mick?

I've stuck my foot in my mouth a time or two.

You caught on, and it'll pass.

Hey,

Screech is a local firewater (rum) finished in NEWFOUNDLAND  and given to tourists in order for them to be "initiated" to the area, Funny as hell to the locals, I bet.

Add it to the list of things to do.

don't feel too bad mick. i make that same blunder often myself. my other faux-pas is asking someone named costello (there's a million of them in my local. all related. all from newfinland.) which part of ireland he's from.
