I'm an IBEW electrician by trade, but now I drive a desk for a construction manager.

I haven't run a bead since high school, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

A couple decades later things have come full circle and I find my interest in welding growing once again. I'm guessing that it won't be long before I've purchased a TIG/stick and MIG setup. I'm sure the smell will please my wife. :D

Happy to be aboard and looking forward to tapping this resource.

Hi Jason. Agreed about managing hobby and spouse... When I repaired our main source of heat, a Vermont Castings wood stove, I waited for an afternoon alone in the house and then the living room was full of service leads, tool bags and machines :) But we cut our wood consumption in half and after six years the repair has held up so that made me a hero in the end :D
