I have this old wire feeder and I like it very much; however, there is not much information on this machine. Does anyone have an old manual or maybe .045/.035 flux core wire drive wheel? I would like to know more background information about this machine.

Have you considered taking your drive wheels to a machinist? Have a new set made, using the groove specifications for a similar Miller welder? (Since Airco and Miller are, to my knowledge, essetially the same, separated by time?)
In lieu of any help for manuals or "new-old-stock parts", this is an option.
Have patience, though. If parts or manuals still exist/are available, someone here will be able to point you in the right direction.
