Hello everyone!
I´m Simon and I´m now trying to intoduce myself...
I´m living and working in Munich - Germany mostly since my whole live. I was born here and I´m quite happy here. I´m self employed, buiding hydroturbines in different styles in the so called micro-hydro sector, say up to a power rate of 20kW.
I´m precision engineer so welding is just one part of my experiance! Most time I weld MIG/MAG but for some reasons, on pressure pipes, nozzles and turbine wheels, TIG (here, we call it WIG) is the better welding process. I have experiance in TIG welding but especially for this process, I have to learn a lot!
I hope I can find information I need and help some other with tip´s and tricks in other welding stuff.
Best Regards
Simon
PS: Jody, there are some very good video´s out there in youtube, I love to see more!
