Cutting tip is blowing out several holes around outside when

Need advice on how to correct. I have cleaned all holes in tip and seating surface of tips and torch head. Still same problem even with other tips.. 
Found the problem: The tips I was trying to use was for a Victor torch. The torch was a radnor victor knock off. The victor tips were not sealing in bottom of receiving head, they were fractionally too short. Got tips to fit a radnor v series torch and problem solved
