All of this took 24 hours. We got the hemispheres yesterday at about 2 and we delivered it today at 2. Our customer was very excited and we got it done in time for Christmas.

Thank you so much. My wife made the design, using clip art, and we free handed the trees, mountains and the road but used clip art for the motorcycles. We literally got the whole thing done in 24 hours and it was awesome. Except for when I burnt my sinuses. I was too focused and got my face too close when I went to plunge in and shot a nose load of sparks up both nostrils. After my eyes quit watering and I quit sneezing it was back to work. I am hoping we can make more of them in the near future.

That's impressive stuff, mcoe.

Your spheres are always neat.

Matt and Alison,
Great job! I have a idea, you can make a sphere with Jody's two logos. The hog on one side and the "go knock it out" dude in the other. With the proper TM permission of course.

Jonathan, I'd love to with permission of course but who'd be interested in something like that? lol

And here's another photo of the other side of the sphere.

Matt,

Another great looking piece!
This is why I thought you could do a plasma-cut video with real technique shown.
Don't sell it. (That would violate both the trademark and the "man code", obviously.)
Impress Jody, and let him sell it... :ugeek:

Ya' never know...

Thank you so much for the compliments! My wife and I have been doing this for a year now and to tell you the truth we are using an Everlast plasma its not a hypertherm or thermal dynamic so anyone can do it just takes a steady hand and a lot of practice. And a tig finger :D

Steve I definitely won't sell it! Unless Jody wants it
