Welding Certification test Q&A and tips and tricks

Are you welding plate or pipe all of our tests are uphill with tig its the same as welding stainless keep it clean and use a stainless brush let it cool down in between passes and try not to run to hot how thick of material are you welding? Hope this helps

Hi,I am sps lokesh .I would not recommend welding Hast-X with anything but Hast-x filler. It will most likely crack if you try to use something else. What exactly are you welding? Hast-X is used exstensively in the Jet/turbine engine field where resistance to heat is critical. I've had over 20 years experience with it. Great stuff, but very specialized.
