Welding Tips and Tricks

Does anyone have any feedback to the CertiFlat Welding Tables a Tab and Slot. Good or otherwise, looks like an affordable option to setting my 2x6 wood bench on fire every time I weld something.

I have one and I like it. And there is a couple of threads over on the 'other' welding forum
