Hello, I am having a problem with the 6011 electrode, my arc cuts every so often while making a cord with inverted current and ac current

We need more details.

What machine do you have?
What is your input voltage?
What circuit breaker (amperage) do you have?
What wire size and length from the breaker to the outlet?
What amperage are you using?
What gauge cables are you using on the electrode holder and the clamp?
What diameter 6011 are you using?
What is the shape, size, thickness, physical orientation of the part you're trying to weld?

Start with what welder you're using, and what electrodes.

some inverters won't run 6011 well and tend to cut out.
tweak it until it breaks

The machine is a 250 amps inverter, three-phase Chinese FMT brand, electrode 6011, indura brand 3/32 to 75 to 80 amps in base plate 1/8 position F2, voltage in vacuum 60v

based on the information you made available, it should work. So it's either the machine, the rod, or your technique that is not working correctly. :)

what rods do they say it will run?
quite often the manufacture will say what it electrodes it can run.

any chance of a link to the brand or specs?
tweak it until it breaks

I have tried a very short bow without oscillation and short bow whip technique and the same thing happens, I defend myself a lot with stick, maybe it is the machine or maybe it is me, I will try another machine to see what happens.Thank you friends for taking the trouble to answer

Try no whip just steady motion. Just to test and see if can get steady arc.
I have more questions than answers

My Thermal Arc 141i won't run 6011 either... I tried with Blue Demon 3/32 and the experience confirmed the manufacturer's warning... But I tried Fleetweld 180 6011 3/32 and they worked okay...
