I'm looking at buying a miller maxstar 150s used. It will be my first welding machine for my home. I will be using it for BBQ pits, n other jobs in that nature. I can not find a whole lot of info on this machine. Read as much as I can. Is this machine good for what I will be using it for? It's 8 months old n I'm getting it for $400. Will be burning a few rods before purchase. Also with it being 8 months old should it still have a warranty? The guy says it is not still under warrenty.
Ty very much

Good machine.
Not a bad deal if it comes with leads.
Just a couple welders and a couple of big hammers and torches.

Men in dirty jeans built this country, while men in clean suits have destroyed it.
