I am terrible student as I begin doing my mistakes before going back to the exact instructions

But we learn from our mistakes is not it?

I begin to see how to correct holes or misses.

Mistakes are only bad when they become something that holds one back. The good ones see them as "what to work on next".

Hello, after 20 days without training, and after mounting that amazing gold plated glass, I was surprised that I did feel comfortable, managing the puddle without knowing "how".

I could do for the first time a decent "Christmas tree" and some filling with stringers.(only 80A but 2,5mm rods and thin 6mm steel)

So it is a good thing to pause for a few days, at some point, probably.
