Curios minds want to know....which is stronger under the same circumstances?

6010 DC
6011 AC

and just for comparison 6011 DC. From what I've studied....word seems to be that 6011 is stronger on AC....so now real curios how 6010 compares for those of us with DC only boxes.

I wonder if Jody might be interested in running some of his tests to let them duke it out...maybe braking out the buzz box for the 6011 AC?

According to the book 6010 and 6011 have identical strength ratings and are rated to weld in all positions. The only diferance is the components that make up the flux. That's only a few small additives so 6011 will burn well on ac.
I have more questions than answers

11 has to be stronger than 10, the number is bigger, right?
