How to Convert a Stick Welder into a TIG Welder?

it says there are 3 steps, so you guys tell me


First change the polarity to D/C Electrode (-) negative.
Second take a air cooled TIG torch and hook it up to the stinger or electrode holder.
Third take the gas supply hose and attach it to a regulator on a bottle of Argon. :D :D

Please note the power cable adaptor is electrically hot, so you may want to figure out a way to insulate it. A subsequent video shows enclosing it with a plastic water bottle to prevent accidental contact/short circuiting.
