Made up the jig to assemble the circuits into coils. Can't go further, waiting for steel delivery that's one week late. Imagine bad words here.

I like it. I'm guessing that steel supplier won't be getting much more business from you?

Hi Mike,
Nice to hear from you, been a while. I’m afraid it’s a symptom that’s spreading. Nobody wants to keep stock of materials anymore and when they say it’s in stock they mean a warehouse interstate.

Very NIce ! Wish I could get myself going on projects like that. 70 years on this planet and I can't figure out what I want to be. The other planet I was a newspaper reporter wearing a blue suit. Happy I found you folks.

Leak test with ultra-sonic, and big blue soap bubble
Pressure tested 24hrs.
All good, no leaks. Fab work is done. Allowed one week, done on budget.
Assembly of stirrer and fit to tank is all that's left.

Dirty deeds done dirt cheap.

For guaranteed results in refrigeration application I only use these days a Castolin Eutectic product. Its a coated rod called 1020XFC and has 57% silver content.

Haven't been around for a while. Need to get back in the game. I've got a few projects on the go, and a super new hobby in my sights.

Best, Mick
