I just got my wedge collets order in the mail and houston, we have a problem-they dont fit.
The old 3/32” collet and the new smaller 3/32” wedge collet.
Any ideas? Thank you.

Heard back from Jody’s crew.

There was a small mixup at the warehouse and inventory description which resulted in the wrong parts being sent for a 17 torch. No worries. he correct parts for my stubby kit are being sent POST HASTE.

I can't say enough good about Weldmonger. Mistakes happen, but they are the best company I know of, for keeping the customers pain to a minimum. Even if the mistake wasn't theirs, they will go out of their way to help the customer.
No sense dying with unused welding rod, so light 'em up!
