Hello,
I am welder from UK making weld tests in Finland. I am welding PC position of 2mm carbon steel. It's for x-ray test and completely stuck. I am ether getting not enough filler to back of weld or to high, edges curving in on bead. I am sliding cup along the joint and adding a lot of filler rod.
I have been trying 1mm gap or no gap at all. Using argon and around 60 amps. Any advice would help me out a lot!!
