Hi, I have this mold to repair. This is one of 2 slides. The apex left of center has to be built up. There are 4 total areas to fix.
I have a PUK 3 micro but it needs work so I can't use that. Are there videos addressing something like this?
Any thoughts on it, weld away from it to start then build it up?

Respect to those who gave it all.

Thanks!

Stone knives and bearskins.....and a NEW EVERLAST 164SI !!!
That's my newly shared work welder.
At home I got a Power Tig 185 DV. Nice, but no plasma cutting... Nice tight arc after a second.

It's H13 pulled back to about 45RC. I have 1/16" P20 rod. I have to schlock this back into production until the new 2 cavity mold is done. Backorders !!!

Well it worked.
Anyone know of a repair shop for my PUK3 micro TIG? I don't think it's putting out full power. .020" tungsten. I'm near Philly.
