Tig welding tips, questions, equipment, applications, instructions, techniques, tig welding machines, troubleshooting tig welding process

irst time I've touched a tig welder since school in over 13 years I know it's pretty ugly but I can only get better with practice right! Any pointers or tips appreciated obviously the one on the right is the tig just practicing on some scrap- Otto Nobedder

Other than "fill that concave end at the top", I see nothing wrong with that.
I've done worse when I've gone 13 WEEKS without a TIG weld...

Looking good, especially for someone who doesn't do it very often. Heck looks a lot better than a lot of the weld tests I have hiven lately. Keep practicing and you will be stacking dimes in no time.
