you're missing one collet body/collet/alumina cup, lol. Or does it purposely leave out the 0.040" stuff?

Nope. Everything that comes with Jody's custom CK kit is there. There are other CK kits that have the 1mm collet and Thoriated tungstens but I don't have a use for the small gear which is one reason Weldmonger Store got the order.
