whats up guys? OK a guy i work with was on his jet-ski and he nose dived over some waves and broke a bracket on steering (aluminum bracket) and he whants me to weld it and i can do that but my problum is im worried about anealing (what could happen he gets a wet ass ) maybe make a new part frome stainless :?: or can i heat treat the part :roll:

you could heat treat after welding if you know the type of aluminum you are working with and have the capabilities of heat treat. I would probably go with the stainless idea.
