I started by welding up an aluminum reservoir measuring 12" L x 6" W x 6" H. This gave me a capacity of 432 cubic inches, or 1.87 gallons. The radiator originally was an aluminum automotive heater core measuring 2" D x 7" W x 7-3/4" H.

The radiator is cooled by a 120V AC, 64 CFM, 4.69" square cooling fan attached to a fan shroud I bent out of aluminum sheet. The shroud gives the fan the ability to cool the entire surface area of the radiator.

Before the coolant leaves the reservoir, it passes through an 80 mesh t-strainer. From the radiator, the coolant enters a Procon Series 1 Pump w/ integral 100 mesh strainer before feeding out to a CK Worldwide CK20 torch. After the coolant passes through the torch, it returns back to the reservoir.
