It's really not as time consuming as you would think. There was allot of weld time and back purging involved but as for cutting, I have a good bandsaw which has cut my time at least in half. I can setup a cut, while it is cutting I debut and tack the previous piece.

Got it all welded up today. Pretty happy with where my welds are at but I could still use some more practice. Also, my back purge could have used a bit more flow.

Tried that too sometimes it works sometimes not. Just thought though I haven't tried cropping it first.

If you are using photobucket ,I believe that there is a flip in the edit part of it.

Little repair job 304L...not fun when you find someone did a previous repair with silver solider instead of welding... Makes damn mess.

Whipped up a bracket for a printer cleaning station for one of our lines...actually made 4 custom brackets depending on where they were mounting.

Today, I did the first "paying job" for our new company. It's simple stuff, but was urgent and I got paid well to do it on Saturday. For simplicity, I put it on my facebook wall.

Member or no, it should let you see the pictures, as I have no privacy settings on it. At least it "used" to work that way.

I suppose I could put it in dropbox or on the cloud...

[edit] Screw it. I'll upload a few directly.
