lack of output on everlast 325ext

I have a new everlast 325ext tig and output is low as compare to the same job with my miller 350lx and advice ?
Welding aluminum cyl heads.
Everlast set 300 amp hard to get puddle ,switch to 350 and weld at about 60-80 amps.

Got a pic of the front of the unit while you've got it setup and turned on? Should help identify the issue.

Now that I was able to talk to tech and went over settings with Everlast ,they told me how to check output and its about 30% low
I think they will take care of it ok.
