Called esab the information they sent didn't look right. Here are the connectionsame on the front of the machine.

I have an Ltec machine, I needed to replace a plug on mine, local welding supply told me good luck. Ended up going to grainger and getting a replacement plug for 10$. Where I am going with this is, I think you could get the necessary plugs from grainger industrial supply and put them on a older style foot pedal off a different make machine. They were all basically the same with a micro switch and variable resister.
I would look at wiring inside the machine and go from there.
