Helium mixing, check valve?

Hey guys,

I'm getting a small tank of helium and I have a Western 411 Y. I have a spare typical 2 dial flow regulator to put on that tank. Do I still need a check valve or would the regulator take care of that if I adjust it for a certain amount of desired flow? If I do, link me to a good one to get?

Thanks!

No check valve is required. The regulators will prevent cross-contamination of the bottles.

The only point to the check valves is to eliminate a split-second of "all one" gas when starting. It's immaterial from a practical standpoint, since a moment of pre-flow is important.
