Which process puts less heat input in the materiel and why?

The reason these responses cone out is because of very general qiestion that that are missing many important parameters. While heat input can be associated with distortion, joint fixture'ing and geometry has a lot to do with distortion in the finjshed oroduct as well.pfoley wrote:Really which one out of tig, mig, or stick is better for less distortion?

Can't use the same settings for mig, tig, stick...pfoley wrote:Let's say I'm using the same settings for all three processes and the same thickness material?
