Hey I'm looking for some tips on Tig welding some aluminum cans together. I'm hearing that the higher the pulse frequency the better for welding thin stuff. What would be the best place to start as far as frequency and amperage goes?

I think I was usually around 100 to 150 on frequency and I don't remember on the amps maybe 30 to 60 amps at the most. I just lay my filler in the joint of the weld and light up on that. And keep pushing the filler in.

I wouldn't worry too much about fancy settings. I used my 1963 Airco and it worked fine.
Can't even adjust balance on it, 50/50 only.
