WP-20F with fish tank pump

Hi,
Just finisched the first step in my diy water cooled torch project. I hooked up the cheep chinese torch to a cheep chinese fish tank pump. I welded some aluminium and some steel and with the steel i measured the temp of the outlet with a 190 Amp it did not get warmer than 50C.

Any thoughts of the project? WIch direction i should pull?
