Hi guys,
Back here again to get some help from you.
Early in August I added a Pulse Module to my Miller Syncrowave 250DX. I then tried it. It works okey on DCEN. I can see the arc pulsing. Then I tried it on ACHF but can't see the arc pulsing.
I'm a noobie in tig welding sooo please help me..Did I miss something on the setting or it's ACHF not capable to pulse.
Please help me, I need your suggestion/opinion and advice.
Thank you in advance. :?: :?: :?:

pretty sure it should be pulsing...try turning the pulse down real low, so you can actually see the arc kick on and kick off, maybe around 30-60 ppm. If you have it up real high the HF could be carrying on between pulses, since the HF is continuous on AC. i.e. might just be real hard to see cause of the HF.

I recently was using pulse mode on a Miller 350 DX. (It was built-in on this machine.) I noticed the pulsing was obvious only when at or near full pedal; at half-pedal you couldn't tell it was on pulse at all.

Your background current stays the same, so at half pedal you really won't notice pulsing, especially if you have it set high.

My qualifications: Noob.
