I had tried the box cutter challenge years ago with my everlast 250ex and failed miserably.
So i had to try it on my new dynasty.
There is a huge difference on thin welding.

I set the machine to 18amps with.
3/32 2%lantho
1/16 309l filler sharpened with my cut off wheel (not recommended but that's how i do it, sorry)
#7 lens
About 15-20cfh
No chill blocks
I just layed the blades on the table and set my linemen on a corner to keep the blades from pulling up.
Chill blocks and clamps would make it alot prettier but i was more interested in the capability of my welder.

Check out those tacks! No way in a million years could i do that before!

Welcome to the club.
Your right about not going back. It's like using klein linesmen pliers and then buying harbor freight pliers.... not going to happen. Im just surprised at the difference.
