I just got a LONGEVITY ArcMate LW-200ACDC from http://www.longevity-inc.com and the machine is outstanding! The machine only cost me $900.00 and was being offered with free shipping! I was able to register the machine on there website to validate a 5 year parts and labor warranty that came free with the machine! This is outstanding even compared to MILLER and LINCOLN who only offer a 3 year warranty, unless you want to pay them more for an upgrade! This machine came with all accessories including a very well constructed foot pedal!

I am pleased to say that this machine has worked out great for me and has the power to penetrate anything that I will ever be working with on AC or DC mode at 200AMPs. I recommend this machine for those who are looking for a great quality TIG welder (not to mention a 180amp stick welder function built in) that does not cost an arm and a leg to purchase.

Do you still like it?????? I'm on the hunt for a tig machine for Auminum. I don't like the welds that I've seen so far on Migs by welders better than myself, so upgrading my Mig to weld Aluminum is out. Besides I don't think my machine can do DCEP any way. And I can't afford a new US made machine. Used stuff really bothers me unless I know the seller. So I'm looking at the China built machines. I know......... I don't like the Idea any more than you all do but........... I guess I'll have to wait till I get Home in a couple weeks to see what kind of China stuff the local weld shop sells. I will support my local economy by buying at home.
Please help a brother out here. I'll be home from a tour in Afgahnistan soon and need to do some welding on the boat so it will be ready for a much needed vacation.
Thanks!

Jody is doing a video review of the Everlast 250EX model.

Very informative as I just bought the Everlast 225LX cuz I can't afford the comparable Miller or Lincoln.
